AHA Instructor Recertification Paperwork Submission

This service is provided to members affiliated in an AHA Training Site where I am Training Center Faculty. I will conduct the required Instructor Monitoring during the 2 year Instructor certification cycle and complete the AHA Instructor Monitoring Forms. I will also assist the Instructor in completing the Instructor Renewal paperwork. I will then ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and submit everything to the AHA Training Center.
